Goa AcroYoga flourishes on India’s tropical west coast, where the beach culture and yoga heritage create perfect conditions for partner practice. Our community thrives during the winter season, attracting practitioners from around the world.
Seasonal Community
Goa’s AcroYoga community is most active from November to March, when the weather is perfect and practitioners from Europe and beyond escape the winter. This creates an ever-changing but always vibrant community.
Beach Practice
We practice on Goa’s beautiful beaches, where the sand provides natural cushioning and the sea breeze keeps us cool. Sunset sessions are particularly magical, with the sky exploding in color as we practice.
Yoga Heritage
India is the birthplace of yoga, and this heritage enriches our AcroYoga practice. Many community members combine AcroYoga with traditional yoga practice, creating a holistic approach to movement.
Festival Season
Goa hosts numerous wellness festivals during season, many of which feature AcroYoga. These events are great opportunities to meet practitioners from around the world and learn from visiting teachers.
